Lessons
This is to inform you of our terms and conditions for all lessons booked or attended by you, the customer, and Jane Bibb. By participating in lessons you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
- 24 hours is required for the cancellation of any lesson.
- By participating in singing lessons, you agree that you are physically able and that Jane Bibb is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.
- Bookings for lessons should be made in advance .
- Bookings and payments can be made online at janebibb.com. More information regarding supply of Data for booking and payment can be found in the Privacy Policy below.
- Payment for lessons are non-refundable unless in the case of an emergency, please contact Jane directly to discuss.
- If we need to cancel a lesson which you have paid for in advance we will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer.
- We ask that you uphold principles of fairness and equality in all your dealings with your fellow pupils and instructors. Jane Bibb reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is, or may deemed to be in Jane Bibb’s reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of her business or amounts to a breach of the Terms and Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise to be in the interests of the other pupils.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
3. Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
4. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
5. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
6. Gift Voucher only valid for singing products from JANE BIBB.
7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of JANE BIBB is final.
8. JANE BIBB reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice

Choir Membership
- All Lowestoft Contemporary Choir Terms require full payment to be made on or before the commencement of the term.
- All Lowestoft Contemporary Choir terms and workshops have limited places. All places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- All Lowestoft Contemporary Choir terms and workshops require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not achieved then all members will be fully refunded.
- All Lowestoft Contemporary Choir fees are regrettably non-refundable however, in extreme circumstances, fees paid maybe transferred to another term or workshop at our discretion.
- If for any reason we have to cancel a choir session we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall offer a choice of compensation, including but not limited to a full refund or a transfer to another term or workshop of your choice.
- Members should be co-operative with both the choir leader and choir members, and uphold an equal opportunity environment. Any form of negative behaviour, whether written or verbal, towards choir members or choir leader will lead to cancellation of membership. In this case, membership payment will not be refunded.
- From time to time we may make video recordings and take photographs of workshops, performances and public performances. Jane Bibb reserves the right to use this material for website marketing and promotion of any future Lowestoft Contemporary Choir events or workshops . By joining it is agreed that these images maybe used in relation to the Lowestoft Contemporary Choir.
- Jane Bibb reserves the right to refuse admission to any member who does not fill the requirements or who is deemed to join Lowestoft Contemporary Choir to misuse their membership to access the intellectual property or brand of Jane Bibb.
- By becoming a Lowestoft Contemporary Choir member, it is assumed that you are medically sound and have the ability to understand and take instruction. If you have any form of disability, medical condition or allergies, please inform us at time of booking.
- During a ten week term, Jane Bibb may provide additional facilities such as downloads, performance singer rehearsals and events. These are not part of the Lowestoft Contemporary Choir membership and are provided solely at the discretion of Jane Bibb. Members who do not have internet facilities may not be able to access these additional benefits.
- For holidays we suggest you take out some form of cancellation insurance just in case you do need to cancel due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- By proceeding with any booking for a Lowestoft Contemporary Choir term or workshop you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Jane Bibb is not responsible for damage to any person or personal belongings whilst attending any Lowestoft Contemporary Choir session or event or before and after a session or event.
- Lowestoft Contemporary Choir members are responsible for their own property and personal safety whilst attending any Lowestoft Contemporary Choir event.
